[ Info Drop #029]: The smoking gun obliterating what we've been told about Ukraine
What really made Russia "attack" back in February?
Newly resurfaced reports from The Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, also known as OSCE, have raised new questions over the events which preceded Russia’s ”special military operation” on February 24th 2022.
From the headlines, we were supposed to think of it as a completely unwarranted attack made by an egotistical lunatic who stopped taking his meds. However, like always, there is more nuance to be considered than what the mainstream has presented us with.
Here is the series of OSCE daily reports leading up to Putin’s announcement:
In short, these reports show that Ukraine engaged in warfare well over a week prior to February 24th. The fact the ceasefire violations are located on the Russian separatist side of the ceasefire line speaks volumes, as does the seemingly independent on-the-ground reporting from journalist Patrick Lancaster.
A video posted by Lancaster on February 18th shows residents living near the ceasefire line accusing Ukraine of shelling and firing on civilian areas. One woman is recorded saying “this is our house. That area is Ukraine, today the shelling came from that direction”.
Skip a few days forward. Another video posted by Lancaster on February 21st documents teachers clearing glass from shattered windows caused by reported Ukrainian shelling.
A teacher Lancaster interviews reveals: “It is not the first time… don’t you dare say that the Donetsk People’s Republic are shelling themselves! It is a nightmare, it is horrible!”.
It is important to note that OSCE has had its reporters on the ground in Ukraine since 2014 and while their data is incomplete, it is the best we have available. They are also the only international civilian observer mission allowed to collect information from both sides of the ceasefire line.
More food for thought…
Many Western politicians knew what they were doing. Ukraine’s threat a year earlier of obtaining nuclear weapons if denied NATO membership also seems to have magically evaporated from the media’s radar.
Let us also not forget that after the Obama administration and U.S. Congress members installed a new government in Ukraine in 2014, George Friedman, head of the “shadow CIA” firm Stratfor, admitted it was “the most blatant coup in history”.
