Heartening news, indeed. Wish there were more lawsuits purely on bodily integrity/constitutional/medical ethics grounds. Religious conviction does not cover everyone, although it's great that we are getting wins there. It would be gratifying to see more all-encompassing rulings, which apply to every person, irrespective of religious stance. It needs to be driven home that every single person in the world has the right to refuse medical treatment, of any nature, for any reason. Non-negotiable. Non-derogable. Unalienable.
