I spend so much time each day gathering information for articles and posts that it seemed silly not to compose a newsletter.
Below is a summary of the most fascinating articles and information I’ve come across in the last 48-72hrs.
First half of the summaries are available to all. The second half is paywalled as these naturally take time to put together. You can access the entire newsletter, past exposés, and factsheets, for just £3 a month.

Carousel Ventures, partly owned by Akshata Murty's (Sunak’s wife) venture capital firm, secured investment of £250,000 from the Future Fund to support its stake in luxury underwear brand Heist Studios. This marks the fourth instance of a company associated with Murty receiving backing from the Future Fund. The fund, established by Chancellor Sunak during the Covid pandemic, aimed to assist startups during that challenging period. None of these investments benefiting Murty's ventures appear on Sunak’s official register of ministerial interests.
Health Canada has detected a Simian Virus 40 (SV40) DNA sequence in the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, a component not previously reported by the manufacturer. The scientific community is divided over the implications of this discovery; while some researchers suggest the sequence might carry a cancer risk, others believe it presents minimal threat. In correspondence with The Epoch Times, Health Canada stated, "We anticipate sponsors to pinpoint any biologically active DNA sequences within a plasmid, such as an SV40 enhancer, at the time of their submission." They added, "While Pfizer provided the complete DNA sequence of their plasmid during the initial submission, they failed to specifically highlight the presence of the SV40 sequence."
Documents resulting from a Freedom of Information (FOI) lawsuit between Israel and Pfizer have been made public, albeit in a heavily redacted form. These documents suggest that the Israeli Ministry of Health green-lighted the importation of Pfizer's mRNA vaccines even before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued its Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). Simultaneously, the Israeli government agreed to share medical data on the vaccine's effects on its citizens with Pfizer. There are allegations that the Israeli public was misled into believing that the vaccine had already gained FDA approval. Concerns are also being raised about whether individuals received sufficient information before vaccination and if the measures used to encourage vaccination were overly coercive.
A preprint study, partly funded by the NIH, examined how many virus particles an individual exhales into the environment while they breathe over the course of their SARS-CoV-2 infection. The study found that “vaccinated and unvaccinated participants exhaled similar numbers of SARS-CoV-2 RNA copies, when accounting for age, sex, presence of co-morbidities, days since symptom onset and symptom severity.”
Ireland’s Department of Health says it is engaging with the OECD to monitor excess mortality “as an indicator of the impact of climate change,” and says that heart-related issues and tumours were some of the leading causes of death last year. The comments were made in the Dáil on Wednesday by Fine Gael Minister of State at the Department of Health, Hildegarde Naughton. She said:
“The EuroMOMO network is also working closely with the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, ECDC, to further develop and enhance its methodology to estimate excess mortality. The CSO is also continuing to examine methods for estimating excess deaths and mortality analysis. Internationally, the Department of Health is engaging closely with the OECD in its work on incorporating demographic change in its excess mortality estimates and the use of excess mortality as an indicator of the impact of climate change.”
