I doubt they care if they can actually prosecute him: the process *is* the punishment

I’m 51 and left the UK for Australia in 2000. Prior to that I served in the army and always considered myself a proud Englishman. Now I just don’t recognise the place anymore. Several decades of weak grift under tories and persistent socialist faggery under Labour have turned the place into a nightmare that George Orwell wouldn’t know where to start with…

I am pretty vocal on some issues, though I always try to be polite. However I recently joined the Free Speech Union because I fear an early morning knock on the door as a response to a non PC tweet

Really great work here JJ thanks a lot. It’s all the names, faces and facts I would usually need to read multiple articles and internet search for hours to find, concisely and intelligently written as well. Bravo.

It is not right to say someone is forced to accept bail conditions or be remanded into custody. Bail conditions are imposed by the police. No choice is given to the suspect. There's also no charge here so no possibility of an overnight stay in the nick to apply for bail at the Mags in the morning.

Police bail conditions can be contested in court prior to charge. Police bail, unless I am mistaken, is time-limited.

The police often use bail conditions to accomplish their real aims, such as silencing people, causing them inconvenience, etc. without the inconvenience of due process. This certainly seems to be the case here.

The absurdity of prosecuting people for free speech is palpable. These officials look very silly. The trouble is they have great power.

Much of this comes from Graham himself. heard arguments that it's fake news to stop people from speaking out fearing similar arrest.

The only thing is, even after the dystopian fast tracked prosecutions last summer... tens of thousands of Brits are still speaking up every day.

If you have evidence this is a psyop, please link it—will always try to keep an open mind.

In 4 years time lets get Reform elected. Then we can turn the tables and send Plod out to arrest people for inciting children to transition.
